About
At Renewed Home Staging & Design, we believe every space has a new life waiting to come alive. Founder and principal designer Chanlie Beckham began in real estate and eventually branched out to pursue her passion for design. Our team transforms properties into captivating, buyer-ready spaces— creating environments that resonate emotionally, highlight each property’s best features, and help homes sell faster
Our name was inspired by timeless truths about renewal—of strength, heart, and mind—and we bring that same spirit into every project. We see staging as more than just furniture placement; it’s a tool to shift a buyer’s perspective and leave a lasting impression. While a seamless staging process remains our focus, we’ve expanded into residential and commercial design as clients return asking us to recreate that same feeling in their permanent or rental spaces. At Renewed, we are passionate about creating spaces that spark fresh energy, warmth, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Why does staging matter?
Home staging is more than just decoration; it’s about creating a lasting impression that helps buyers emotionally connect with your home. Discover how it can make all the difference in selling your property.

Home Staging can make it easier for potential buyers to envision themselves in the home. It provides a clean palette of sorts - one without clutter, personal photographs and other items that might turn off a buyer or make it hard to imagine themselves living on the property.

Home Staging can help a buyer connect emotionally. It is about showcasing an engaging, move-in ready home that creates an emotional connection with the buyer. Updating décor with on-trend, inviting style-particularly in living rooms, primary bedrooms, kitchens, and dining rooms-can make a memorable impression.

Home Staging will set the home apart for the buyer. There is no question that a dark, empty property will not get the same attention as one filled with on-trend, engaging furnishings and accessories. Not only does it instantly help buyers visualize their furniture in the space and how it will match their lifestyle, but it also creates a more spacious and inviting room.
Why Stage?

- Staging helps homes sell faster.
Professionally staged homes often receive stronger offers and can sell 1–10%
higher than comparable unstaged homes by highlighting the home’s best
features and maximizing perceived value. - Staging helps homes sell for more.
Professionally staged homes often receive stronger offers and can sell 1–10%

Most buyers shop online first and struggle to visualize empty or poorly
furnished spaces. Staging helps buyers picture themselves living in the
home, increasing confidence and urgency to make an offer. - Staged vs Non-Staged
Staged homes sell up to 73% faster than unstaged homes, helping reduce
carrying costs and extended time on market. - Staging often costs less than a price reduction.
The first price cut on a home is typically thousands — often tens of
thousands — of dollars, while staging is a smaller upfront investment
designed to help homes sell faster and for stronger offers.
We are looking forward
to working together to make your home a show stopper! Thank you for your time thus far and please reach out should you have any questions regarding the staging process.
